Application Requirements

Applicants for admission to the Master of Teacher Preparation in Arts must fulfill the following criteria:

  • The student must have a special diploma for teacher preparation in arts granted by the faculties of education in the Arab Republic of Egypt, or an equivalent degree accepted by the Supreme Council of Universities, or be a graduate of faculties other than the faculties of education in one of the disciplines open to study in the faculty, provided that he is from Holders of a qualification certificate equivalent to a pre-master’s or a specialized higher diploma in the same branch of specialization in addition to a general diploma in education from one of the faculties of education in the Arab Republic of Egypt
  • The grade for the Special Diploma for Teacher Preparation in Arts or the equivalent qualification certificate must be good (C+) with a cumulative score of at least (2.33).
  • No more than three years have passed since obtaining the special diploma for teacher preparation in arts or the equivalent qualification certificate
  • The student must fulfill the conditions of enrollment announced by the Department of Graduate Studies at the College and have paid the tuition fees approved by the Graduate Studies Committee at the beginning of the academic year.
  • It is not permissible for a graduate student to register his name in studying more than one higher university degree at one time except with the approval of the Council of Graduate Studies and Research based on the proposal of the College Council and after taking the opinion of the relevant department council.
