إرشادات المظهر الشخصي والملابس المهنية لطلاب كليه طب الاسنان جامعه  عين شمس 

المقدمة

يتعين على جميع طلاب كليه طب الأسنان في جامعة عين شمس الحفاظ على مستوى عالٍ من المظهر الشخصي. إن الظهور بمظهر أنيق والتحلي بسلوك مهني أمران ضروريان لتعزيز ثقة المرضى والزملاء. يلعب المظهر والسلوك الشخصي دورًا هامًا في تجربة الرعاية الصحية للمرضى، حيث يؤثران على تصورهم لجودة الرعاية ومستوى الثقة في مقدم الخدمة. يعد التمسك بالاحترافية أمرًا جوهريًا لتحقيق معايير التميز التي وضعتها كلية طب الأسنان والمهنة ككل. وبينما قد تختلف معايير الاحترافية بين الممارسات الفردية، فإن الحفاظ على درجة معقولة من التناسق في الملابس والعناية الشخصية داخل كلية طب الأسنان أمر ضروري.

اللوائح والقواعد

الشعر

• الطلاب الذكور: يجب أن يكون الشعر، بما في ذلك اللحية والشارب، مشذبًا بشكل جيد ومهذبًا.

• الطالبات: يجب ربط الشعر الطويل بإحكام  ( خصوصا بالعيادات ) لمنعه من التدخل أثناء الإجراءات  العلاجيه للمريض . لا يُسمح بالقصات غير التقليدية أو الألوان الصارخة أو استخدام المنتجات التجميلية المفرطة.

الأظافر

يجب أن تكون الأظافر نظيفة، قصيرة، ومهذبة.

المجوهرات

• يجب إزالة الخواتم والإكسسوارات المبالغ فيها قبل دخول العيادة.

• لا يُسمح بارتداء الخواتم 

المبلغ فيها - خصوصا للشباب-او  الخواتم غريبه الاشكال 

المعاطف والمرايل الطبية

• يجب ارتداء المعاطف الطبية في جميع الأوقات داخل العيادة وفقًا لإرشادات مكافحة العدوى.

• يجب أن تكون المعاطف المعملية نظيفة ومكوية أثناء الجلسات المعملية.

المكياج والعطور

• يجب تجنب العطور القوية، حيث قد تكون مزعجة للآخرين.

• يجب تقليل استخدام المكياج الثقيل.

النظافة الشخصية

يجب الحفاظ على النظافة الشخصيه  لتجنب أي روائح غير مستحبة.

الأحذية

• يجب أن تكون الأحذية مغلقة بالكامل، مصنوعة من مادة غير مسامية، ذات كعب منخفض أو بدون كعب ( خصوصا داخل العيادات) ، وتحتوي على نعل مطاطي.

• يجب أن تغطي الأحذية كامل القدم.

لا يُسمح بارتداء الشبش

الملابس غير المقبولة

يُمنع ارتداء الملابس غير الرسمية مثل:

• القمصان المكشوفة من الخلف

• السراويل القصيرة بجميع أنواعها (السراويل الرياضية، الشاطئية، أو المخصصة لركوب الدراجات)

• التنانير القصيرة،، الفساتين القصيرة أو فساتين الصيف

إرشادات العيادات

• يجب الالتزام بتعليمات وحدة مكافحة العدوى ولوائح الأقسام المختلفة.

• يجب على الطلاب ارتداء معاطف نظيفة ومناسبة داخل المعامل أو العيادات، وأي طالب لا يلتزم بذلك سيتم استبعاده من الجلسة، ولن يُسمح له بتقديم الأعذار عند التقييم.

عدم الامتثال لقواعد اللباس قد يؤدي إلى الاستبعاد الفوري من الكليه  عند  عدم الالتزام بالقواعد. وسيتم الإبلاغ عن المخالفات إلى المشرفين، الذين سيقومون بتوثيقها رسميًا. و سوف يعرض الطالب للمسائلة

Student Dress Code for Clinical Settings

Professional Attire and Personal Appearance Guidelines

Introduction

All dental students at Ain Shams University are expected to maintain a high standard of presentation. A smart appearance and professional demeanor are crucial for instilling confidence in patients and colleagues. Personal attire and behavior significantly impact patient care and management, influencing their perception of the quality of care and their trust in the provider. Upholding professionalism is vital to meeting the standards of excellence established by the Faculty of Dentistry and the dental profession. While individual practices may determine their own standards of professionalism, a reasonable degree of conformity in attire and grooming is essential within the Faculty of Dentistry.

### Regulations

Hair: 

  Males Hair, including beards and mustaches, must be neatly trimmed and well-maintained. 

Females :Long hair must be secured back to avoid interference during procedures. Unusual styles, colors, or excessive hair products are not permitted. Long fringes or wispy hair should be kept away from the face.

Nails: Must be clean, short, and well-groomed.

Jewelry 

  - Exaggerated rings wearied   

  Rings are not allowed specially for males 

-Gowns and Lab Coats : Gowns must be worn at all times in the clinic per infection control guidelines. Lab coats should be clean and ironed during lab sessions

Makeup and Fragrances : Avoid strong perfumes and colognes, as they may be offensive to others. Heavy makeup should also be minimized.

Personal Hygiene

Maintain body hygiene to avoid offensive odors.

- Footwear

- ⁠: Shoes must be enclosed, made of non-porous material, with minimal or no heel in side the clinics , and have a rubber sole. Slippers are not acceptable

Unacceptable Dress

Casual attire such as:

- Backless tops

- Cargo shorts, casual shorts, board shorts, bike shorts

- Mini skirts, mini-dresses, or sun-dresses

Labs and Clinics : according to infection contro unit   Instructions and department’s regulations 

Students must wear appropriate, clean coats to labs or PPE in clinics; failure to do so will result in exclusion from the session, which cannot be excused for assessment requirements.

Non-compliance with the dress code may result in immediate expulsion from the faculty if the rules are not followed. Violations will be reported to the supervisors, who will document them officially. The student will be subject to accountability.
