Second Semester

Students follow upon the latest scientific developments in the field of biological sciences through the syllabus of nanotechnology and its connection with the biological sciences in the so-called nanobiology. The students should understand the meaning of the concepts of nanotechnology, nanobiology, nanomaterials and nanotools. The study will include also the nanobiological sections, the most important applications that affect humans directly or indirectly and the potential damages from the circulation of nanomaterials and their products.
