Application Requirements

Masters

  • For a student to register for a master's degree in science, he must have a bachelor's degree in science (general or special) in biochemistry with a grade of at least (good).

Diplomas

1)    Diploma in nutritional chemistry
  • To enroll in this diploma, the student must have a Bachelor’s degree in special sciences (biochemistry or general (chemistry division - biochemistry).
2)    diploma in molecular biology
  • To enroll in this diploma, the student is required to have a Bachelor of Science in Biochemistry, private or general, with a Bachelor of Science or Agriculture in biological disciplines, and graduates of the College of Pharmacy, Medicine, and Veterinary Medicine.
3)    diploma in biochemical analysis
  • To enroll in this diploma, the student is required to have a Bachelor of Science in Biochemistry, in private or in General, with a Bachelor of Science in biological disciplines that have taken courses in Biochemistry.

PhD

  • To have a master's degree in science from an Egyptian university, or an equivalent degree from another institute recognized by the university.
  • To carry out innovative research on a subject approved by the College Council for a period of at least two years from the date of the council’s approval of registration under the supervision of one of the professors or assistant professors, and one of the teachers in the department may participate in the supervision.
