This course presents an idea about the most important ancient Egyptian statues and artifacts till the end of the Middle kingdom. It starts with an introduction of the beginning concern of establishing a museum for keeping the ancient Egyptian statues and artifacts. Then it is followed by the most statues and artifacts from the Pre-dynastic Period till the end of the Middle Kingdom that are preserved either in the Egyptian Museum at Tahrir or at the Grand Egyptian Museum

This course is an introductory survey of the archaeology ( including art and architecture) of ancient Egypt, ranging in time from the Middle Kingdom tombs in Aswan, El Kab, Beni Hassan, and the temples development till New Kingdom and two rare examples Temple of Abydos and Abu Simbel
The course presents a revision of Egyptian alphabet, and the course includes lessons about: demonstrative adjectives and pronouns, possessive adjectives, sentences with adverbial predicate
