Aim of the Course

Upon completion of the course Two modules should be finished and the student should be able to:

-     First module Diagnose the biologic hazards of X-radiation, effects of different types of radiation and how to protect the patient and operator from radiation hazards and Differentiate between different intraoral and extraoral image receptors

-     Second module Decide the imaging technique that match the diagnostic needs and Diagnose the abnormalities from the radiograph and reach a proper differential diagnosis for the patient problem
