This course aims to equip biology student-teachers with the knowledge of Science definition and its components and processes, skills, and dispositions required to design, implement, and evaluate active learning strategies that enhance students' engagement, scientific thinking, problem-solving abilities, and understanding of biological concepts. The course emphasizes learner-centered teaching approaches that promote inquiry, collaboration, critical thinking, and meaningful participation in biology classrooms.
