The current course aims to study the basic concepts related to parasitology and immunology, their importance, historical development, and the extent of their relationship. Study the classification status of parasites, their types, and parasitic diseases that infect humans and animals, with a focus on medical parasites and those prevalent in Egypt. Also, study the factors that affect the growth and spread of parasites and modern methods to combat their spread, in addition to studying the mechanism of the immune system in how to confront these parasites, types of immune responses, and methods of diagnosis and treatment.
