Application requirements

  • A student applying to study a master’s degree in one of the study programs listed on the college’s list is required to have a bachelor’s or bachelor’s degree with a grade of at least “good” (or its equivalent in the approved hours regulations) in the specialization he is applying for, or a diploma equivalent to a bachelor’s or bachelor’s degree with a grade of at least “good” or its equivalent in the credit hours regulations) in the major for which he is applying.
  • A student is not allowed to register for a master's degree before successfully passing the number of compulsory credit hours in two semesters.
  • The Faculty of Archeology accepts students who have a high qualification (Bachelor's or BA) from an Egyptian university or its equivalent and recognized by the Supreme Council of Universities, as well as for expatriates (according to the regulations and laws in force) to register in any of the general diplomas offered in the college according to the credit hours system.
  • A student applying for a doctoral study in one of the study programs listed on the college’s list is required to have a master’s degree in the field applied for with a grade of at least “good” or its equivalent with a cumulative average, or an equivalent degree from another scientific institute recognized and equivalent by the Supreme Council of Universities.
