Crochet is a centuries-old needlecraft, it is a process of creating textured fabric by interlocking loops of yarn/thread utilizing a needle hook. The course is concerned with teaching young ladies to crochet and produce high-quality crocheted products with distinctive designs using the available materials.

Young ladies are taught how to hold the yarn and the needle hook, using different yarn types (cotton, acrylic, wool/acrylic, etc.) with different yarn counts according to the design, how to read the written patterns, the international terms, and notations, basic stitches and skills, and how to put these factors together to design a product. The produced products were creatively designed and professionally executed. Our young ladies are taught how to calculate the cost of production and the expected profit margin of their products.
