The course aims to provide students with a comprehensive understanding of the fundamental concepts of color and dyeing chemistry. It focuses on explaining the relationship between the chemical structure of compounds and the colors they produce, enabling students to interpret how variations in molecular structure influence color properties and dyeing behavior. In addition, the course introduces the classification of dyes according to their chemical composition, application methods, and affinity toward different textile fibers, alongside the classification and characteristics of natural and synthetic fibers. Furthermore, students gain knowledge of the various methods used in the synthesis of dyes and explore the industrial and practical applications of different dye types in textile, printing, and related industries. Through this content, students develop both theoretical understanding and practical insight into dye chemistry and its technological applications
