The blood continuously circulates in closed system called the cardiovascular system by the pumping action of the heart. It links the various body systems together and greatly helps in producing homeostasis.
Blood is river of life because it performs several and essential function as defense and formation of antibodies through the immune response; nutrition; respiration....etc.
This course sheds light on the composition, structure. function and determination the deferent parameters of the blood.
